Share your videos with your friends

Hi I see you in the app Booker website. My name is André Barroso and I live in Portugal. I think I have a good idea for an app that will enthusiasts many people all over the world and create many opportunities. The app can be used for entertainment and for business, but for doing that I need help from a developer. The app that I'm thinking to create it's like instagram, and a social networking to share something with our friends but it will be different in many aspects, like instead of sharing photos we can share small videos to all of our friends and the community.
