Mobile Phone App

My project will use the mobile phone to get data from an already existing web app using a username (email address) and password to sign in to the database. The app must be able to compare the phones current locations with address data from the database and be able to sort the address data by closest first. The app must be able to use the camera on the phone to quickly scan a qrcode while sending position data to the web app. The app will recieve a validation code for the scan or display error message. Notification data must be able to be pushed to the phone. the phone does not have to bleep or ring it must show the number of notifications recieved and then display the notifications. The app must be able to display pdf documents. The app must be able to take and store images with the camera. The app must be able to read bar codes effieciently and return the numbers associated with them and create and store the bar code as well. The successful candidate will be willing to sign NDA, have a proven track record and must be able to develop app quickly. The website app and database already exist and will not need developing.
