Make an iphone and android App that enables a many to many voice communication network using hotspot technology

Personal hotspot technology has made it possible to set up a micro Wi-Fi hub, which makes a ‘many to many’ communication network feasible. This App: “Team Radio” will create a stable ‘many to many’ open voice channel. • One participant activates their phone’s personal Wi-Fi hotspot • Other participants connect to this hotspot using existing built-in phone technology • Participants then open the “Team Radio” App through which they connect to all others with the App that are connected to the same Wi-Fi hotspot. • The App creates an open channel so everyone can hear anyone who speaks. • Participants can’t touch their phones once connected i.e. there is no PTT button. • Communication is voice activated to save battery life and reduce background noise • Up to 15 participants are able to connect to the network • It will need to work for both Android and iPhones • The UI is very simple. A single page with “Connect” and “Help” buttons We will put milestones in place and I will pay you on delivery of the following: 1. A 'proof of concept' that your app can communicate direct phone to phone between 2 phones by switching aeroplane mode on and still communicate 2. The above, but between multiple phones 3. A working iphone app 4. A working Android app 5. Both apps finished and loaded onto the itunes and google play shop
