Decode AAC from HLS stream to PCM using Core Audio

We need to decode AAC that comes from an HLS stream using the Core Audio converters. Specifically, these functions: [login to view URL] We have been struggling to make this work for the particular file format we are working with using the AudioConverterFillComplexBuffer call. I have attached a copy of the AAC file here. Success is creating a simple program that produces a PCM file correctly decoded. Thank you!
