Create a Mobile Website- accessible through browser and mobile phone

Hi, I need you to create me a mobile website (web app) to be run on Amazon Web Services. The website should be able to render correctly through a desktop browser, iphones, android phones, and tablets. I need the following functionality within the web app: Sign up Log in Create a personal profile (a simple version of facebook/LinkedIn profile) Create a company profile (a simple version of facebook/LinkedIn profile) Newsfeed like updates from personal and company profiles Messaging function Post events Book a certain room on a certain date Register a certain person for a certain date Alerts Payments (including paying with; credit cards, paypal, alipay) I need all of these functions integrated into the webapp and able to be used. The style/design I will work on later so please just create generic functionality and use the databases already existing in AWS. If this goes smoothly, I will hire you for the next job of incorporating the style I want for the web app and then the 3rd job of making dedicated apps for IOS and Android.
