Need someone to design and code a fun app that captures images, video or just audio and overlays images on top or adds sound effects. Overlays can be a hat to be placed on some ones head, backgrounds, masks..etc . Sound effects like screams, laughs, burps. Additionally sound synthesis to skew the speakers voice to make it sound hoarse or squeaky like chipmunk. Images/Video/Audio must be saved into the iPhone where the user can share it with friends. UI must be simple to use yet funky. Ability to insert ads within the UI is a must. (through an ads network) The chosen would need to source images/sounds to be used within the application. Free elements are preferable, however if there is good content that the developer recommends we could purchase it. While placing the bid please mention the experience you have.
