We have recently developed an online 'look-up tool' that allows customers to search for a publication via ISBN or title to see whether it is covered by a CLA licence. We would like to merge this with a barcode reader to create a cross-platform mobile app. This will allow customers to scan a publication bar code to find out whether it is on our database.
