We seek to get the admin GUI for our media sync application. UI has to be written in J2ME and when installed on the handheld device it shall check the availabilty of JVM,? If JVM is? not available it should then download the jvm. UI will support about 12 funtions from the end user. ## Deliverables Statement of Work is attached.
