Custom Samsung Smart TV SDK App Needed

I am interested in hiring a developer to create a custom SDK app for Samsung's Smart TV app library: [login to view URL] I myself, have programmed for years with web languages, but never SDK applications. So I have a lot of programming knowledge myself, but not the specifics to write this app. What I am looking for is an application that will filter profanity off of the TV by muting the internal and external speakers when specific words are detected. There would be a default list of blocked words and the user can input their own words to block as well. I have several ideas on how to achieve this that I will share with the winning bidder. Overall, the app would be pretty simple. Basically just checking the list of words and muting the TV. Not a lot of interactivity. I am unfamiliar with how the Samsung interface though. I don't know if the application can run while watching TV, or if it closes the app when you leave the app's screen. If it can't run while the TV is running then I don't see any way to achieve the results I am looking for. This is something any bidder should research and be sure of before bidding.
