By The Power Entertainment Mobile Game RPG

Freelancers! I am looking for an experienced group to aid me in building my game. I want to hit the App store as well as the android market. I want to make a game similar blood brothers [login to view URL] I have examples of the art style I want to use as well as screen moc-ups and a color pallet. My budget cannot go higher that $2000. I would like the game to take no more than 4 months from start to finish. I am open to new ideas and I will only work with a company that is responsible, on time, honest, and skilled. The game is 2D and will function as a game board. I will be working closely with your art department as well as your programmers. I have attached an image that will closely resemble the art of the game. Please send an attached image of your artwork with your bids so I know that you are not a spammer.
