Blackberry Barcode Reader

Let me start by saying that thank you for the assistance in getting my project off the ground! I will handle design elements so all you need to do is concentrate on the development :) I am looking for a simple blackberry application that does the following: 1) Able to read 1/2d barcode using Zxing and redirect to url 2) Ability to incorporate additional buttons/menus that link to content such as text, image, video etc via a web service 3) Ability to send information either image, text and video to an email address Please note I will need to be provided the final application in open format so that i can manage the look and feel.
