Hi, I want to create a mobile app for iphone and android that would be a 60 seconds video chat, with a random user connected on the app. Users can change to an other random user before the end of the 60 seconds but can't stay longer. Users would register an account, via facebook or creating one and then at every connection enter the number of people for the chat 1 or 2+ and the gender of chatter: male, female, or both. Check boxes would allow users to filter who they chat with ; 1 person or more, male, female, both Also a way to flag users that lied to the gender or number of people and or that had abusive chat / breaking terms. Also a 'blacklist' for users that you disliked even if not abusing terms and they won't reappear again in the 'random' sequence. A Free version with adds and an other one you buy without adds. A way to keep talking after the 60 seconds if both users agree for a small fee. Let me know estimates for time AND money -from scratch -with API like QuickBlox, OpenTok -other suggestions ... thank you
