medical drugs library - repost

Project Medical Drugs Library: I require an app on google play that would enable me those features: 1- A drugs list / library, each drug has it’s full info, to be displayed in an ease for end users. Also edit able by me as an admin through a control panel either through mobile or webpage. By Edit, I mean: Add/delete/modify. Drugs list will synchronize whenever the mobile is connected, and updates the library on the mobile. Meaning: First time I install and Run the app, it will sync with the library in the backend and be viewed in the application. If the net is disconnected it will show last sync list of drugs. And once it connects again if there is any additional drugs added by me, they will be synced and the user will get a push notification that a new drug has been added to the list. e.g.: A New Drug has been added “Amoxilin”, if clicked it would jump to the drug page. The gateway, portal, or webpage whatever you call it. where I can Edit the Drugs list, should be as filling a form, drug name, separated boxes for separated paragraphs. ability to attach an image related to the drug with a specific size sure I know so it won’t differ from one to another, also being able to select from a drop down menu like, a selection of different icons that I’ll provide, each drug will carry two of those icons, I don’t want the user to access my data to copy nor modify in any way, read only case for end users. I have the Data and I can fill it once you activate the function of me being able to add the drugs to the list. 2- A library of PDF books that I would be uploading regularly Also to be edit able, ability to delete and add PDF files only by me. 3- Be able to get feed from Facebook posts or Instagram, prefer instagram, also to be synched automatically. 4- Give the end user the ability to talk to me or ask a question, probably best solution is that they be able to send me an email with attachments enabled. Unless you be able to come up with something like Live chat . 5- About us of course simple as contact info. Disclaimer I will be providing the graphics elements of the application, whatever the programmer asks for, PNG, JPEG and psd. The app is to be handed to me final product running and active 100% on google play and for users across all android devices. Also the source code to be handed to me, and no one shall use nor distribute such service other than me. I will be providing the host and domain, it is on go daddy, so I will hand the user name and password and you shall not do other task than what’s required from you here. Moreover, of course once it has done you will have no business with the application to be accessed by you nor disrupted. In addition, I would appreciate a warranty on it for at least 6 months to keep it clean from errors and problems. The delivery time shall be what you ask for, and the payment as well but nothing outside what’s agreed here on the website freelancers. I will be providing an APK of the application, it’s actually made as a demo, and I want the app that you do to be just like it plus what I’ve asked here from additions. Also screenshots of how the webpage of control panel of adding drugs shall look like. but those attachments will be sent to a personal email privately cause of its content and you shall not abuse it or use it in anyway other than my application, and the communication between me and the programmer shall be only here on the website, and anything outside won't be legit for any of us.
