develop android app for VPN access

I am a Chinese and living in Finland, I want to listen Chinese music and watch Chinese movies which provided by some Chinese APP from my android tablets, for example, ppsteam, PPTV, sohu etc. but I can't watch it coz those app only allowed the user who is located in China to watch, the software checks the IP address if noticed it is from oversea(out of China) , they will block to watch. So I want to have one APP, once installed this APP, they can check those software and force them to use China VPN Server's IP, after connected sucessful, release it. then vedio stream can be watched by normally.
