Write an Android application

An App that allows you to checkin at selected locations only and also allows you to see who else has checkedin at that location. Once the user moves out of the selected location, user is automatically checkedout. Users can like each other, start a chat, ignore, block. So basically, the app would work in select locations through google maps and once the user enters that zone, user can choose to checkin and see other checkedin users, choose to communicate with them. Once user moves out of the zone, user is auto checked out.
