Song-list Android App

Hello, I'm looking for an Android App which is a "karaoke play list". (this app does not play the music, it only manages the playlist with singers) This app should work on a 10" android tablet, running Android 4.0 The app needs to accomplish the following functions: - screen which: - displays a song list, from a CSV or Excel file - singers enter their name, select a custom avatar, then drag a song over their name to add it to the play list - screen which: displays the current playlist - the play list needs to keep track of who is coming up next, and display previous songs. there should also be a method to clear the play list. - integrate artwork, such as company logo etc. - submit app for alpha/beta testing This project has three mile stones / payment dates Milestone 1: Submit App for Alpha Testing / approval (33% payment) Milestone 2: Submit App for Beta Testing / app Milestone 3: Submit App for final approval
