The programming language required is C.\r\n\r\nHardware Platform required: Windows Servers\r\n\r\nSoftware target audience will be for any user.\r\n\r\nThere is no requirement for any networking, database, messaging, web based (Simple Object Access Protocol, Servlet, HTML 4/5 etc.) solution in this project. \r\n\r\nEssentially what we have is a spreadsheet created in Microsoft Excel which is made up of IF formulas and VLOOKUP functions. We are interested in making this spreadsheet work as a PC software program and also as an application on iPhone and Android based devices. \r\n\r\nSkills required:\r\nProgramming Language C\r\nCreating software applications for PC, iPhone & Android based phones.\r\n
