Blackberry Apps

One of my clients (School) need mobile apps that work using BB, Androids, and Iphone. 1. The purpose is to give informations to Student & Parents about Events, Announcement, etc... 2. Whenever the school need to announce something, they should be able to go to the Admin Panel to create Push Notifications, now All Users who download the apps using Iphone or Android will receive the standard push notification, when they click the notifications they should be redirected to the page where the updated announcement placed. While for BB users the notifications icon will appear on their dashboard (see screenshot in the attachement) and when they open the apps the updated content will have a red remarks on it. 3. The admin Panel will come with my Logo and contact data
