Android Mobile application PUNE based preferred

We need a mobile application that SHOULD RUN on almost all mobile phones. Requirement : We have our distributor network all over the country The distributor will download the app to his mobile. The mobile app should be AUTO INSTALLABLE once downloaded. For the first time the app will ask him username and password and will validate it from our server After successful authentication check, the username , password, Distributor ID needs to be stored somewhere in the application. Along with that, after successful authentication, the mobile application will download the list of our products that distributor is authorized to stock and sell will be downloaded to the app. The distributor will select the item / product and will enter the current stock and will hit SEND button in the app. The app will send the Distributor ID (already stored) + Item ID + current stock + Current date and time to our server side application where it will be stored in DB. Some more features may be added but will discuss that later. What we require : 1) Executables - properly built, tested, ERROR FREE & VIRUS FREE 2) Source code - Properly commented and optimized 3) Documentation - To understand the source code and the program flow by reading which our programmers should be able to work with it. 4) Prerequisites - What are the minimum requirements of the mobile phone hardware to RUN this application?
