Hi, we are looking for a developer that has experience working with Live Wallpapers on Android phones. Graphic design is a must. Schedule adherence and budget are very important and the job must be quoted by a flat fee. There will need to be a free version and a paid for version. The wallpaper is a living room setting We have attached a hand drawing of the idea just to help those who may be interested in the job. This is just to convey the rough idea.
