Android Application Prototype - Travel Expenses Tracker

Brief Summary I need an Android application programmer to help me create a simple prototype Android application which is a travel expenses tracker. The user begins by selecting the local and foreign currency, and types in the conversion rate. Next, the user records his/her expenses in foreign currency. This amount would then be automatically converted to the user’s local currency and recorded. As more expenses are added, the totals would be updated in both currencies. - The programmer would need to be able to speak good English and know very basic knowledge on currency conversion. - I expect this application to be fully functional upon delivery and I would be testing this application on a Samsung Galaxy SII with Android version 2.3.3. - I am willing to pay up to USD 65 for this project. Bonus awarded for delivery on time. - When bidding for this project, please state how long you would take to complete the project. - Upon winning bid, further details will be discussed such as bonus amount. - I will only accept bidders who reply with the code SSAC2216. Detailed Requirements A logo will be provided for application start-up. This application will have 4 pages. Please view pdf file attached named 'Illustration of Application’ to look at how I want the pages to be. Page 1 (Image 1): This page would only have one button called “Add New Trip”. Pressing the button leads to page 2. Upon providing information in page 2, the user will be brought back to page 1 with an entry made, which can be selected. Upon choosing the entry, the user will be brought to page 3. Alternatively, holding down the entry button would cause a pop up window to appear with 2 buttons, asking the user to ‘Delete Trip’ or ‘Edit Trip’. ‘Delete Trip’ would cause the entry to disappear and ‘Edit Trip’ would bring the user back to page 2, with all fields filled in as before. Page 2 (Image 2): This page would ask for details about the trip, namely the Destination, Local Currency, Foreign Currency, and Exchange Rate. The Destination and Exchange Rate will be typed in by the user. The Local Currency and Foreign Currency would be chosen from a dropdown. The list of currencies would be the same in both dropdowns and will be provided in the file attached named ‘List of Currencies’. There will be 2 buttons at the bottom which are ‘Cancel’ and ‘Done’. All fields must be filled before the user can press ‘Done’. Page 3 (Image 3): This page would only have 1 button which is ‘Add Expenses’. On top of the page, there would be the totals in both currencies, local and foreign, and the totals will adjust as more expenses are added. Pressing ‘Add Expenses’ would bring the user to Page 4. Upon providing information in page 4, the user will be brought back to Page 3 with an entry made. Holding down the entry would cause a pop up window to appear, asking the user to ‘Delete Expense’ or ‘Edit Expense’. ‘Delete Expense’ would cause the entry to disappear and ‘Edit Expense’ would bring the user back to page 4 with all fields filled in as before. Page 4 (Image 4): This page asks for details of the expense. It asks for the Title and the Amount in Foreign Currency, which must be typed in by the user. The Amount in Foreign Currency field only allows the user to type up to 2 decimal places. There are 2 buttons at the bottom and they are ‘Cancel’ and ‘Done’. Upon pressing ‘Done’, the user will be brought back to page 3 with an entry made and the prices recorded in both the local and foreign currency. As the user only types in the amount in foreign currency, the local currency is calculated from the conversion rate typed in, in page 2. The conversion rate is always 1 local currency = ______ foreign currency. Say for example, the local currency is USD and the foreign currency is HKD. The conversion rate is 1USD = 7.757HKD. Therefore, if an expense is keyed in as 30HKD, the price in local currency would be 30HKD/7.757=3.87USD. Note that the figure should be rounded off to 2 decimal places.
