Android App with C# using Xamarin Mono & VS 2010 - Read File

Write a simple Android App with C#, using Visual Studio 2010, with Xamarin Mono for Android Plugin. Deliverables 1. Connect Android Phone to Windows PC, copy a 100+MB file to a folder (Folder for this App) inside the phone 2. Disconnect phone. Launch the App. The App only has one textbox, one button and one label 3. Put the file-name on the textbox. Click button. The App should read the file based on the file-name on textbox. And then use a BinaryReader to read the first 100 bytes of the file, and then convert to string. Display the string on label. 4. Include a VS 2010 project with complete source-code, plus documentation of any setup steps needed.
