Android App for lovers

Love Reminder There is this little device called Love Reminder (you can find it on Google). I would like to have that as an Android App. It consists of two parts which can be syncronized and will from that moment on, play a certain melody randomly but always at the same time. So if one of the parts plays the melody, the other one will do so too. So everytime one hears the melody, he knows, that the other person is hearing the melody too - and this reminds the lovers of each other. I want the opportunity to change the melody, it shall be possible to take any sound file. I want the opportunity to set the frenquency the melody is played. In at least three steps or more: often, sometimes and seldom. I shall be synchronizable via Internet. Awaiting our bids.
