ANDROID CUSTOM Firmware

i need a fresh android firmware for samsung galaxy ace 2, firmware will be used for company use. no extra applications wanted ( browser , games etc..) -prevent users to disable gps and gprs connection -prevent users to install applications without permission - master password to enter settings ( open for better suggestions) i have to control setting section from remote server side i have to change gps settings, ringtone ... etc...gps and 3G internet enable / disable buttons must be removed ( dont want users play with them) password protection to enter settings menu or hide settings menu i have a custom software for my company, i only want it installed and google maps
