Hi We require an app designed to allow users to list items for swap/sales via their smartphones. Users will login by creating an account or through Facebook login, there will be a few simple additional steps to complete the account set-up process such as terms and conditions. Users will create a 'wishlist' of items they are interested in acquiring, they will also upload items for which they have no need and would like to get rid of, either for $$ or for trade of items they might be interested in. A database will keep all these records and allow the app to suggest transactions where users are matched for any items they have listed which appear on others users wishlists/interests. The app will suggest this to both parties using a hierarchy or ranking system to suggest more suitable transactions (e.g. based on location and proximity, user feedback rating, swap vs. sell, etc.) The idea is that we bring these people together where they can exchange goods without them having to browse through listings and find a match etc, although browsing will also be available in a similar fashion to the ebay app. Once fully set up, users can simply take a picture of an item using their phone, and fill out a basic form to list the item specifics and their terms/requirements. Other users can bid or suggest possible swaps/transaction using a bartering system. This is a key function that will allow users to enter a live bartering/trading/chat screen if both users are online, or an offline version of the same screen which will send the proposed transaction to the offline user to respond.
