Recover and Mount SBS 2003 Exchange database from backup

The system in question uses Small Business Server 2003 with the built-in Exchange email system. Backups to tape are regularly done and available for the night before a disk failure that took out the Exchange database and log files. The backups were performed using the Wizard built into SBS. Upon using the restore from tape option in NTBACKUP, I have not been able to mount the database. As a result there are approximately 900 messages in the receive queue that are not available. The project is urgent, and requires the following: 1. The database be recovered and mounted. 2. The receive queue be cleared by the waiting messages be received into the mailboxes. Access to the system will be via a remote session to my desktop which will be connected to the server in question.
