I think that the straight forward way is to just see what is the problem with the pst file HAve you done a pstscan to see what is reported?

A more then 10 yrs of exp with Exchange Srv. From 2003, to 2013. and windows administration in enterprise environments such as banks. Project will last for few hours (installation - of vm if you don't have it.. exchange srv - for example 2007, creating user account - suppose you have some domain, and then import of .pst files and export to gmail.) I have extensive experience with Exchange. I have been installing and administering it since version 2003. Currently I am working with Exchange 2010, but do have experience installing and working with 2013 and Office 365. I have done installations, migrations and upgrades of Exchange over the years.
