Access Membership Specification These specifications should be understood in the context of the prototype Access DB attached along with this MemberShipDatabase.mdb. The format of the tables, relationships etc. is decided as per the attached mdb. The work required is around some form development and a couple of reports. The DB should be developed in access 2003 or be compatible with this version. The db requires a form to be developed. The main form represents a prototype of what this will look like. This prototype should be tidied up aligning items etc. Putting a frame around the family related info and the visit related info might look good on the mainform. The detailed requirements are in the attached word document.
