Project Details Component Assumptions: • Microchip PIC controller • PCB and Schematic to be designed in Altium Designer • Firmware design using MPLAB and XC Compiler family Statement of work: • Create Schematic, PCB Layout with 3D Models of all components • PWB size and shape to match vendor expectations • Create Bill of Materials • Create gerber file set to allow PCB to be manufactured • Create firmware per vendor specifications Vendor Expectations: • Daily Updates Milestones: • 100% of bid amount upon delivery of Schematic, PCB Layout, Bill of Materials, and 3D Model of the PCB Layout with components and firmware Design Phases with expected time to completion: Phase 1 (1 day) • Design microcontroller board • Create Altium components required to complete job Phase 2 ( 1 day) • Create Altium schematic using new components created • Send schematic and BOM to vendor for verification – Phase 3 to only continue when vendor has indicated satisfaction with the design Phase 3 (1 day) • Create Altium PCB Layout with all components placed.
