Hello, I am assuming wireless so we will need an IMU and a Bluetooth adapter with a waterproof membrane for the mouthpiece. The receiver unit will need more details so we can decide if it's a micro controller or a USB interface into a computer. I can show my work by linking in unity 3D to show position and orientation of unit in mouth. I am based out of North Carolina. I have developed apps for Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh and Stanford University. I'd like to work on this with you.

hi i can develop the circuit for this product. the circuit is accelerometer and gyro plus Bluetooth BLE. i begin by prototyping this product and i can do PCB and assembly for you. the circuit is ultra-low power to save battery I have 15 years of working experience in developing electronic products. i develop both PCB and firmware for micro-controllers ,DSP processors and FPGA
