I have experience working with BLE modules with integrated processors. These modules are powerful enough for most purposes. Without knowing exactly what you need the program to do, it's difficult to give an accurate estimate on time. Most likely, I'll have it done in a week or two, unless it's something very complicated. Once I have more details on what exactly you need, I can determine what hardware you need, and how long it will take to get the code done.
