Create a MT4 EA to clone MT4 Trades to a Binary Options Platform

I need an MT4 or MT5 EA that will make RPC call to central server, retreive trade signal, create binary trade (60 second, 2 minute, 5 minute) and transfer the trade to a binary options broker like GTOptions, TradeRush, OptionsXO or any other binary broker that accpets US clients. I have the trade signals, I just need a way to distribute the signal via RPC and exeucte automated trades on a binary broker account. Based on other projects I have seen which are similar, this should not be very difficult.
