I'm a young man who has been hitting the gym ever since i was a teen, and when i went in the adult life of not having time for the gym i gained a good 30 pounds. ( Being 5'6" this is HUGE)
Have you tried diets and all those blalbla, lose 10 pounds a week? That stuff doesn't work.
Here's what i want to offer: Explain to you that weight loss OR gain is ONLY about how many calories you eat a day. With that being said I lost 20 pounds last year counting my calories. It can sound hard, but it gets easier and it becomes a lifestyle. Now losing weight is the first part of being healthy.
