answer questions related to neural networks EXPLCITLY in matlab

I would like someone to chat with me for 20 minutes and answer some neural network questions. For instance: Can you explain what the difference between narx_net = narxnet(1:5,1:5,10); and narx_net = narxnet(1:5,1:2,10);? What do the "w" and "b stand for in the depiction that shows up when you say view(net)? How come there appears to be two transformations in the view(net)?
