As far as I understand your task, we need to find maximum of Probability of sterility function, and minimum of Standard Error function, and after that the optimal result for n. It could be done analytically or by numerical calculation. I am ready to write a program in Matlab to realize this task. The program will import data from excel (or inputs the data through the user interface window), calculates the result and visualizes it (if you want also creates a 3D plots for results) with the detailed comments.
