Construct a practical spline curve using Matlab

In part 1 you need to construc a practical spline curve using a given map. In part 2 you need to make a six page ‘easy to understand’ summary of the article by Delbourgo and Gregory 's method (given), including the two difficulties that can be encountered, and the method they use to modify the spline. You may mention their theorems, but do not reproduce their proofs.
