Hello! This is a very interesting and ambitious project. But there are not so much space to place all components. May be, if to use, for example MT52L512M64D4GN-107 WT LPDDR3 (which is a 32Gb memory IC /4GB) or something similar certainly 4 parts of them and two side component placement with multilayer PCB it is possible to route this device. But it is interesting for me, how do you imagine to place the PCIe 3.0 x4 Interface onboard, it is a strongly required part on the board? Except of this position, I think the other parts placement are manageable. I had an another, somehow similar project (it was a device on SODIMM DDR2 board). For this time I can not write nothing to point the budget, more discussions and details required. Anyway, this project is very interesting for me!

Hi, I am professional PCB designer with over 10 years experience in design of computer modules and baseboards. I have designed boards with latest Intel CPU such as Atom BayTrail/Braswell, Skylake U/H or Xeon D. I have all skills and knowledge neccessary to design such board and I brought dozens of boards succesfully to the mass production. I am using Cadence Allegro software. Since I am PCB designer I am able to design board from given schematic. I can't help you with other things such as microcontroller, circuit design and so on. If this is convenient for you I'll be glad when I hear from you. CPU (1515 pin BGA, 0.4mm pitch), 16GB LPDDR3 and other components leads to high layer count PCB - at least 14 layers with uvia, blind and burried via.14L (maybe more) and 1.2mm thick board are at the limits of possibility of current technologies and there is possibility that such board is not manufacturable. Therefore, if I win and accept the project I require to be paid the project fee before the project starts. I wasn't allowed to place real bid on this project by the system. Real time estimation for such project is 120 days for PCB layout and 20000£. I have these more questions: 1. What design tools should be used? 2. What data package do you expect at the end of the project? 3. Will be Intel development documets(design guides, reference board, DDR trace length calculator sheet...) provided to me? 4.
