Background Aviesta is launching a Latino-focused online broadcasting network for delivering segmented channel products through high-quality streaming/on-demand video, interactive product information and a viral social community. Profile • Bilingual in English/Spanish • Marketing / Sales background • Strong writing and communication skills – English & Spanish • Enthusiastic and energetic • Strong project management skills • Ability to manage to and deliver on hard product deadlines with fast development cycles while maintaining high product quality • Innovative thinker with creative problem solving skills • Demonstrated track record of making the right choices to deliver successful projects • Willing to work hard in a new startup environment Role • Drive the development of the creative brief - including brand architecture, tone & image, messaging, primary audience and process • Lead marketing communication efforts for website, product merchandising and all social media channels • Manage social media campaigns responsible for acquisition and retention • Assist in video production lifecycle • Work closely with product buyer and product management team • Help form and guide the creative direction of video content (template) for multiple projects • Manage the creation and distribution of effective promotional campaigns • Serve as a key contributor in setting the long-term creative vision • Guide all studio projects to successful completion • Continuously improve creative processes and best practices • Develop and maintain productive relationship with external partners, vendors, and contractors • Ensure communication and cross team coordination within local studios and between worldwide studio locations
