I work for a very successful app development agency. We work with both bluechip brands through to start ups on apps that may cost anywhere from £20k to £200k to develop. Our core service is the design and development of multi-platform apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Mobile, HTML5 & BlackBerry.
We work across different verticals and now looking to expand our agency into London, currently based in Leeds.
What I need is someone with knowledge of selling services into London to write us a sales plan based on how best to sell our app development services into London.
This needs to cover (the doc needs to be concise and to the point, not interested in thousands of words):
- Best Networking events to attend
- Best verticals to go after and a list of companies worth approaching
- Partnerships- ways of leads being past to us
- Lead generation services as well as organic
- Where in London and outskirts should we approach and who- so High Wycombe, Milton Keynes etc
- Sales plan- market share (competition), size of market etc
Ideally you will have a background in agency, sales, selling services and understand how to go about selling a service such as app development.
