NEED: TELECALLERS (2) Background: Client wants to assess buyer rating of his apparel showroom Objective: To assess buyer satisfaction Methodology: Telecalling from buyer database with simultaneous entry of responses into an online survey link / printed questionnaire to be punched by interviewer into the survey link Call duration: 5 minutes per call Database size: 500 Sample size (no. of completed calls required): 100 Required productivity: 25 per day per caller No. of days of calling: 2 days Note: 1) Full database needs to called for authenticating / checking accuracy 2) Only 100 completed calls are needed 3) Completed calls need to be audio recorded and submitted as proof
