Alumnium Part - milling and drilling/threads

Hello, I am a mechanical engineer with inhouse manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers. I also have vacuum casting facility both for a range of polymers and aluminum. CNC milling and turning is also available apart from several other facilities like chrome plating, etc I can very easily do his job. However I have few questions. For instance in the 90° inner corner there is no radius. Now that is not possible when it comes to milling operation. Some radius typically 3mm or more will always come there. zero radius is only possible with wire cutting process which is quite costly. So cost of product will change based on that. As for 1 piece the cost will be Euro 150. For 50 piece the cost will be Euro 18 For 100 piece the cost will be Euro 12 For 250 Piece the cost will be Euro 8 Shipping and taxes will be additional and as per actual at the time of shipping. Dear sir we can machining this in our workshop using our cnc milling machines, for the sample piece it would cost 100$ including shipping, for the mass production it would cost 13-15$ per piece let me know what you think about that regards
