2 months before i got SSL applied on my website and also applied the security patches to enhance the security. right after that i started getting complaints from my customers. most of my customers cannot login to their account even after several tries. sometimes the website tells them to reset their password after a number of tries and even if they change their password, it takes them to the login page again. so basically my clients are unable to access their accounts. im not sure what is the main reason but thats what i experienced, all this started after we increased the security of my website after a hack attack. please go through my website and figure out whats the problem and why it doing so and tell me how it will be resolved.
