Design: Creation of logo and such (range of 4)

For a solution we will need an overall design, with some items worked out in 4 predefined colours. The design has to have a European feel to it, with a strong, modern, slightly technical (but not to much!) and clear message and it has to be pleasing to the eye. Each colour version will be for a slightly different version of the theme of the overall solution and will need a few items, like a icon (+a few versions to create movement), splash screen, a banner, etc. It sounds like more then it is though ;-) Basically it is 1 logo, with 4 colour versions that might be a little different. this will give an smaller version (of part of the logo) as an icon + a background for each version. That's really about it :-) This is a rather urgent job, so make sure you can start quickly and get it sorted before bidding please. We will ask for some reference material before accepting any bid.
