Clean logo for IT Company

The logo text is CYBERAIXA (please remove the two A-characters to get the real phrase). There are no hard guidelines for the logo design itself (be creative! ;) but here are some requirements and info: * The logo is for a company working with Internet Marketing, Web Production and IT Security among other things. * The logo should be clean and rather simple. Symbols and/or other design elements are allowed but not mandatory. * The logo should be nice looking and readable also in small sizes, even in B&W small prints (e.g. visit card or newspaper ad). * Color(s) is up to you, and again, it should look good in black and white as well. * Logo text could be in CAPS, lowercase or a mix of both. * All fonts should be free to use commercially or easy to purchase for a small amount, or self-made. * Deliverables are EPS, native (e.g. AI for Adobe Illustrator) and some bitmap file. Please send your creative mockups for consideration. Max budget is $100.
