Cartoon Fat Man

Hi all, Very simple job, need a Cartoon Fat man (this will be incorporated into a logo) I would like it built using vector graphics and would like the source file. This is a for a personal project so don't want to spend very much should take 5-10 minutes for the right person. Size I need 300px by 300px Man in cartoon picture must be - Caucasian, - round belly, - round head (not much hair) - small legs wearing boxer shorts - trying to get a tape measure around his belly. I have attached something I mocked up in 20 seconds without any design ability - this is the perspective I want, roughly the colour (maybe a bit lighter) and of course I want features etc on the man. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
