The FTP issue seems to be with either firewall is blocking the passive port range over SSL and we can fix it by checking the error log of firewall configuration You need to buy SSL from any provider as we will generate the CSR for the server. After that we will install SSL for all the services in WHM. Also, we can secure SSH by changing the root login as port. This all can be done by our cPanel experts within a short time.
