Current situation: I have 1 local server running windows server 2008 and exchange 2010 I have a cloud linux server on 1&1 running PLESK I have setup a windows server 2012 on Windows Azure. Exchange not installed We have a backup email on dyndns What we need to do: 1. Install and setup Exchange server on Windows server 2012 on the cloud 2. Transfer all exchange accounts (approx. 10-12) from local to cloud 3. Connect our cloud server on Local server via gateway so we can print on network and other local printers and also see local storage devices. 4. Setup the network, so when cloud is not available, to be able to work with the local network 5. Setup a local and also a cloud backup of the server and important data. 6. Be able to connect on cloud server with upto 6 remote desktop sessions (users) 7. Schedule the cloud server to turn off and then on at specific time 8. Setup email backup email in dyndns 9. Minimum email down time for the exchange server emails 10. To install PLESK on Windows Server (Azure) 11. Transfer all settings, files, websites, usrers, emails etc. from 1&1 PLESK onto the windows server plesk 12. When everything else is ready, modify all domains into 1&1 control panel for the new plesk which will be on microsoft server 2012 on MS Azure 13. Minimum emails downtime for the plesk hosted websites 14. Setup a regular backup for all sites on PLESK (currently 4-5) 15. Antivirus installation for the PLESK We need to watch every step of the work that is going to be done.
