Deep Links to Make 20 Optimized Articles Rank Well in Google

I would like a new and creative deep linking proposal. I have done LOTS of social networking links, profile links, blog comments, forum posts, directory links, ezine article links, etc. I am looking for someone with a NEW and innovative source of deep links, and NOT a CANNED SEO PROPOSAL. The articles are completely original already highly SEO optimized to one winnable keyphrase, plus variations (plurals, word order, etc). Our average article gets search engine traffic on more than 50 keyphrases, so we are VERY GOOD at this already. Be creative with your proposal. We are SEO consultants for dozens of the largest web properties in the US, and could use a lot of your services. We provide our clients with hundreds of well-ranking original articles per week, and we outsource EVERYTHING (so this is NOT about teaching our team how to do something). ... If you use a linkbuilding list or program, tell me why I should use you versus others who use/subscribe to the same list/program (I have had some success with profile lists, but only when conscientious people created complete profiles and then ALSO posted something high-profile on the site which linked back to the profile). If you are offering something new or unique, give me a link to an article or some resource which will make me better understand your exact strategy. I will pay 50% of your fee when the links are placed, 25% when we verify that most of them show up in google/yahoo/bing in 60 days, and 25% in 120 days when we verify the ranking success of the 50 articles (compared to our usual methods). If you have the same old canned SEO proposal crap, and if you even MENTION on-page optimization as something that you will provide (we are REALLY good at that already), I will delete your bid or maybe report you as a spammer, because I am CLEARLY looking for a custom linkbuilding proposal. I am willing to hire several people or link building companies, but your proposal MUST be clearly understood and somewhat innovative (not clouded in mystery).
