Building one link,poker, English

Hello, We are looking to build one link to our website. The link should be from a website about poker, written in English. Page where the link would be placed should be PR3 or above. Linking websites should be: About poker. Active and alive. No spam, fake PR, redirects etc. Not penalized by search engines in any way. Link should be located inside the text, in one page only (no sidebar, no footer, no nav bar, no cross site links). Links must be in text, no graphics Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. We may ask to see the suggested website/s at bidding period. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the above guidelines. We will choose few winners for this project.
