Need costumer/bookings for a new hotel in the Caribbean!

In the month of March I am launching a small boutique hotel (10 suites) in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic in the colonial part of town and I need help with getting montly bookings. This could me a year contract depending on your initial results and effectivess. My mixed clientele will consist of middle class/affluent gays and also open mind straight people from around the world that want to visit the caribbean.
